As an accredited institution, Purdue Global helps qualified students receive Title IV federal financial aid, including grants and loans, for the majority of our programs. We encourage you to also investigate your eligibility for state grants and outside scholarships.

*Effective July 1, 2026, under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), the graduate Federal Direct PLUS loan program has been eliminated. Applying for Financial Aid
How to Apply for Financial Aid
If you are applying for federal financial aid, submit your FAFSA right away. This page walks you through it step by step: Financial Aid Process.
If additional information is needed after your FAFSA results are received, you will be notified.
Funding Offer
You will receive your funding offer via email after your account has been set up with the funding options you are using (e.g., military assistance, financial aid).
You will receive a new offer any time there is a change to the funding on your account. Your new funding offer will supersede the previous one.
Financial Aid for Non-U.S. Citizens
Aid From Your Home Country
Contact the cultural section of your country’s embassy or ministry of education to inquire about financial aid options and their requirements.
Aid From the U.S. Government
The majority of U.S. government financial assistance is not offered to international students. The U.S. government does provide aid to students from specific countries—you can request more information from your embassy or the U.S. State Department.
Bank Loans
International applicants are encouraged to apply with a cosigner. Cosigners must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and meet the lender’s criteria.
